Make yourself at home in our 15,000-square-foot timber lodge that sits along the banks of the magical Kispiox River in the heart of 700,000 pristine acres of natural wonder.
Bear Claw Lodge is a 15,000-square-foot timber lodge with plenty of room to spread out, find your own hideaway, or connect with family and friends, old and new. The lodge was designed to feel like a home away from home, where guests have run of the house (for the most part).
The great room is built around a massive hearthstone fireplace with floor-to-ceiling views overlooking Mother Nature’s goodness. This is where most meals are served, because the large communal tables seem to make smiles even wider, laughs even louder, and food even better.
Like most homes, the open-concept kitchen is the center of the action. You’ll often find guests sipping wine or chatting up our resident chefs about what came out of the garden that day or how to make the perfect creme brulee. You may also witness (or take part in) the occasional kitchen band performance.
A lofted library is stocked with a wide array of books and comfy chairs, perfect for digging into a page turner or taking the occasional power nap. It’s also a wonderful place to get a massage during a moment of downtime. Downstairs, the entertainment room features a river stone Jacuzzi, card table, pool table, foosball, darts, and more. You’ll also find a well-appointed gear room where you can store your things or take one of our house fishing rods to the river and catch the early bite.
