The Fairmont Empress does not have air-conditioning in their rooms, but all meeting rooms are air-conditioned. Please advise clients accordingly. Every guest room is equipped with ceiling fans and/or regular fans and guest room windows open completely. Victoria is on the ocean and a cool breeze at night during the summer is common. Guests will find that air conditioning is rarely, if ever, required in Victoria.
